An Issuer Account is the account
where a securities issuer has opened under the Securities
Depository Service to store securities holder’s securities.
The issuer company has provided this account to facilitate
securities holders in securities trading and to reduce problems
regarding scrip losses, damages or counterfeiters. Securities
holders who deposit their securities into an Issuer Account
can perform transactions including scrip depository, withdrawal
and transfer, via the account.
Scrip Depositary
Security holders can directly
deposit securities into an Issuer Account at the TSD by
submitting the following documents:
1. Application for depositing into the issuer account
2. Scrips with the signatures
of the securities holder on the back; and
3. Personal identification.
Securities Withdrawal
Security holders who deposit
their securities in an Issuer Account can directly withdraw
their securities from the Issuer Account at the TSD by submitting
the following documents:
1. Application for withdrawing from the issuer account
2. Personal identification;
and
3. Payment receipt for securities
withdrawal fee.
Fee payment for Securities
withdrawal can be made by:
1. Cash paid at the TSD;
2. Cheque or Cashier Cheque
paid to the TSD; and
3. Pay-in slip made to the
TSD bank account at the Thai Commercial Bank Pcl., Wireless
Road Branch, the Saving Account, the Account Number 049-2-63596-6
and please specify “Securities Withdrawal Fee from An Issuer
Account”.
Securities Transfer - Receipt
Security holders who deposit
securities into an Issuer Account and would like to sell
their securities shall contact securities companies in order
to transfer securities into securities company’ s accounts.
In case that securities holders
would like to transfer securities to a transferee in the
securities account of the issuer company, securities holders
must submit the following documents:
1. Application for securities transfer to/form the issuer account
2. Personal identification.
In case of securities transferred
from a broker to a securities depository account of an issuer
company, securities holders must contact the SDC Participant
who is a transferer to transfer securities.
All listed companies have already opened the issuer accounts with TSD as to bring the highest convenience for their securities owners.
