Fee for editing depositor’s information
If the depositor requests to edit information, the depositor will be charged 5,000 Baht each time. The depositor has to pay fee within 7 working days since TSD has notified the depositor. TSD will notify by monthly. Therefore, TSD has the right to change any above fee as necessary and appropriate.
This shall be effective from January 1, 2010 onwards.

* The total registrar fees for warrants on shares or investment units or the registrar fee for shares or investment units shall not be greater than THB 5,000,000 (Five million Thai baht only).
** The registrar fee for derivative warrants shall not be less than THB 30,000 (Thirty thousand Thai baht) and not greater than THB 5,000,000 (Five million Thai baht only).
*** Transactions shall be counted according to the number of securities holders, except in the following cases:
(1) If than 10 securities certificates are to be printed for any securities holder, every additional 10 certificates, or a fraction thereof, shall count as one transaction;
(2) If a securities holder carries out any transaction with more than 10 securities certificates, every additional 10 certificates, or a fraction thereof, shall count as one transaction;
(3) If a given securities holder carries out more than one transaction, the number of names of securities holders shall be based on the number of such transactions.
